About Adam
A builder, facilitator, and coach for complex moments.
I’ve built a career helping people navigate ambiguity—first in emergency management and disaster resilience, and later through design, innovation, technology, and enterprise transformation.
That path taught me to stay calm in complexity, listen before prescribing, and make progress visible. I bring those instincts to executive strategy sessions, product teams, venture studios, major pursuits, and transformation programs.
My toolkit spans human-centered design, Lean Startup, agile delivery, product strategy, service design, business model innovation, and hands-on AI product development. I’m equally comfortable facilitating the room, coaching the team, or building the prototype that helps everyone see what comes next.
